60 Double Unders

Then

Deadlift & Shoulder Press (all @90% of 1 RM)

x 5 @ 40%

x 5 @ 50%

x 5 @ 60%

For the Clean & Jerks, we are looking for a weight you can hit all 6 unbroken throughout the 6 minute AMRAP.  Single Unders will be 90 reps as we want the emphasis to be on cycling the barbell vs longer time to complete the work with the jump rope.

As with the back squat, we are on our de-load this week, so push pace on the AMRAP.
