5 Rounds Each For Time

20 Pull Ups

30 Push Ups

40 Sit Ups

50 Air Squats

Rest 3 Minutes Between Rounds

35 Minute Time Cap

There will be many options for mods for this WOD.  Talk to your coach about what is best for you.  With this WOD, the goal is to keep the intensity level high and use the rest break to recover.  A good goal is to try to keep the round times within 1-2 minutes of each other.

Please make every effort to be on time to classes today (well…every day for that matter) as we need to get moving with the warm up and get started on the WOD to allow for the time cap.
