When deciding if Rx or Rx+ is best for you, keep in mind the hand release push ups will likely be your limiting factor.
This is one you just need to put your head down and grind out. Row pace should be your 2K pace. Having said that, don’t be too timid to push the row a little. The HR push ups will be working a different set of muscles to the rowing muscles CAN recover a little here before you move on to the KB Snatch.
