For today, the only difference between RX and RX+ is the rest break.

For the bar dips, break these into manageable sets.  Possibly (6-5-4-3-3, or 10-7-4)(5-4-3-3 or 6-5-4)(4-3-2 or 5-4) as just a couple of examples.

GHD and Wall ball should be unbroken sets if possible.  GHD MAY need to be broken up on the set of 21, but try to make it only 2 sets if possible.
