20 Wall Ball (20/14)(10’/9’) or KB/DB Thruster

20 Deadlift (135/95) or KB/DB

20 Sit Ups

For the wall ball, you can use a DB or KB and do a thruster by holding the DB/KB with BOTH hands like you would a wall ball.

For the Deadlift, if you have a barbell, use it. If you are using a DB or KB, do 10 each arm.
