Our power clean weight should be on the heavy side for you today.  Not necessarily a weight you have to do singles, but one that is a challenge to cycle for more than 7 reps if fresh.  There is a lot of hinged hips today so focus on the power clean technique is absolutely necessary.  Make sure we are extending through the clean and focusing on that final big pull before we bring our elbows through.

You do have the option of doing 6 strict HSPU each round vs 9 kipping HSPU.  Mod for the HSPU will be a seated DB shoulder press.  5 on each arm.
