For today, we are looking for a steady pace from round to round.  Getting out hot on the first bike is likely not the best approach to this one.  Steady (thinking 75% effort) pace should allow you to go from the bike directly into the wall balls.  If wall balls are not a strength for you, consider breaking into 2 sets.  Remember…you still have 10 more SQUATS to do to complete your round.
