For today, this one is all about “hanging on”  We should be pushing to do each movement unbroken.  This may get more difficult as the rounds go on, but lets do the best we can to make transitions and breaks intentional.  Devils press can be blended into the Goblet squats which can be blended into the push press.  IF you’re feeling good, give it a shot!
