Pacing the row is key as we want to get right to work on the DB snatches. When doing the round of 30, keep in mind the 15 burpee box jump overs are the next movement. This is a movement where we can lose a lot of time if we are spent when we get there. Once the round of 30 is over, you’re half way there, so pick up the pace if you can.
