Back Squat
After this week, we are taking a 1 week break from our lifting cycle. For today, use your remaining time after the EMOM to do working sets of back squats to warm up to a 1 rep max. Our EMOM is a primer to get you warm for your heavy lifting so band up as necessary for the pull ups and pick your rep scheme accordingly so you can finish the work and have some built in rest.
