For this WOD, you will alternate each round between the rower and the bike.  If you prefer to stay on one machine, pick the one you are the weakest at.  Realizing there MAY be log jam for the bike or rower, just take whatever machine you can get on.  There is no right or wrong way to do this, just keep moving.

For your clean weight, pick a weight you can cycle 6-8 reps of when fresh.  As the rounds add up, the weight on the bar is going to feel heavier.
