The choice of WODs is up to you.  They both represent a different set of challenges and are equally difficult in their own way.   These are still meant to be done as an all out effort even though the rep schemes would indicate a “pacing” strategy.   The 5 rounds should be done with fast and efficient transitions.  The 45 rep version should be done in as few sets as possible with quick rest breaks.  No reason to leave anything in the tank!
