Looking to pace this one today with the goal to complete each movement with as few rest breaks as possible.  The bike, along with the first of the 2 rounders, will definitely make the second 2 rounder with body weight movements feel much more difficult.  If you are breaking these reps up into sets, always look to get the biggest number first.  A great way to break the 20’s is to do 12-8 or 8-7-5 if you need to do in three sets.
