For today, it’s your choice if you want to continue on to the BONUS WOD after the first WOD of T2B & Deadlifts. We don’t want the bonus WOD to take away from the main WOD. We want you to attack it and ONLY do the additional WOD if you feel you can handle the additional volume. These are both fast moving WODs and you should pick a weight you can do all rounds of the barbell movements unbroken if fresh.
