10 Air Squats
100 Meter Run
10 Push Ups
100 Meter Run
10 Sit Ups
100 Meter Run
This one is pretty straight forward. Pick a pace and stick with it throughout the 4 rounds. Whatever is left in the tank, use it in the last round!!
