Remainder of the 5 minutes is rest.
We will be waterfalling this WOD so you have about 45-50 seconds to complete your calories on the ski erg. The goal today is to try to stay within your time to complete for each of the 4 rounds. Being that this is not going to be a 1:1 work to rest, a slight fall off is expected. These are the type of WODS that help build that motor so don’t be afraid to push these.
We do want some built in rest breaks for this, So if the T2B is a limiting factor for you, let’s go with a lower number of reps or consider doing a “max reps unbroken” and then drop down to start your rest break.
