This was the 7th in a series of new “Girl” benchmark WODs posted to the CrossFit Main Site in early 2021.

This one uses the 4×100 rep scheme of the classic “Girl” WOD, “Angie,” but swaps out “Angie’s” bodyweight movements for light barbell weightliftingmovements.
