Bar Muscle Ups
For today, each round of clusters and rig movements should progressively get heavier/harder. The goal here is to push each round with large or unbroken sets with the barbell and the rig movements.
If the RX weight is a bit much, consider (75/55)(95/65)(115/75) or (95/65)(115/75)(135/95). For the pull ups and C2B, band up as necessary. If you have bar MU, but 18 is too many, break them in to a combo of bar MU and strict pull ups.
