For today, we want you to push the work portion of the 1 minute so you have some built in rest during that minute. This isn’t an interval in the truest sense of a work:rest ratio, but if done at a sprint level, there will be an interval feel to this one.
And yes it is 57 double unders. Don’t ask questions.
