Ok.  Last class WOD before Murph!

Here are some details.

We will have plenty of scaling options for your fitness level.  We will also have a kids version of Murph so feel free to bring the kiddos.

Murph shirts/tank will be there Monday morning for those that preordered.   We did print extras so they will also be available for sale on Monday.  Proceeds from these shirts will be donated to Forging Youth Resilience (FYR).

FYR/Mindset Reps will have a tent on site for more opportunities for you to learn about their mission.

PANCAKES…..Yes we will have pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs immediately following.  Your Coaches and fellow athletes will be manning the griddle and serving you up!!!

For today, this is really two entirely different workouts from a stimulus perspective.  If you choose to go heavy on the DB, expect this to slow you down a bit and tax the shoulders.  If you are going RX or lighter on the DB, look to do try to do this one unbroken for the T2B and DB C&J.
