Looking at today’s WOD, you have the total number of C&J as the named workout “Grace” Having said that, these C&J will be a little more difficult after the run as well as the 30/50 T2B in between. Ideally, we want to cycle through these as quickly as possible with minimum rest breaks. Pick a weight you could cycle 10-12 reps if fresh. This is mid range sprint effort WOD that we are looking to keep in that 12 to 15 minutes range.
For the T2B, just keep chipping away at them….This middle section is gonna get grippy!
