Fun one to play around with some strategy. The row MUST be completed first and then you can start on the box jumps, sit ups and swings. Pace on the row for this one should be somewhere around your 500m pace plus 10-15. So if you typically row a 500 at a 2:00 pace, and ideal pace for this 1000/800 would be a 2:10-2:15 pace. This one is NOT won on the row especially if a fast row burns you out for the rest of the work.
