Round 1 Weights (95/65)

Round 2 Weights (115/75)

Round 3 Weights (135/95)

Round 4 Weights (155/105)

Round 5 Weights (185/125)

The above are the SUGGESTED RX weights for this EMOM.  What we are looking for today is to build to a challenging weight FOR YOU for the 5th Round.  This workout starts to get “real” in round 4.  Use the rounds before that to work technique.
