**** For your HS Walk, your Coach will give you options in terms of a mod for this movement.  Your mod is going to be specific to you.  IF we can stay away from bear crawls, we will.  Would like to work HS Walk progressions into what we are doing.  Even if you walk 25′ vs 50, that is fine.  Don’t stay away from working on this movement.  Never know when you may need to walk on your hands…

If you are doing RX+, please note you row cals and wall ball height.  There is nothing that says you HAVE to do ALL movements RX+, so again, if you want to challenge yourself with the longer row and higher target for wall balls…DO IT.
