For today, we have a ring muscle up “buy in.” Our purpose of the buy in is to just get back on the rings again with low volume to start the WOD with. We aren’t looking to spend a bunch of time here so pick your reps accordingly. Mod for the Ring MU will be 1 pull up and 3 ring dips (box dips are fine here too).
