For today, we are looking at loads that you will NOT have to break up any of the barbell movements. You will use two different weights for each of the 4 rounds. Time caps are Rx and Rx+. You will need to move to get through these but you have 4 minutes to recover before you start the next 4 rounder. Don’t be afraid to push the pace. You will at least get saved by the clock if your wheels fall off!
