In this conditioning WOD we are looking at the LOWEST total of reps/calories in any one round as your score. Our goal here is to remain consistent in our total from round to round. From experience we know the middle round is traditionally where the drop off occurs so pick a pace for your first round that challenges you but leaves something to pull from in that middle round where you are going to need to fight for the reps.
