For today, we are looking to increase weight on the snatch each round, so make sure the final weight is something you can do 10 reps of.
When thinking about this wod, we are really looking at a WOD that starts out with little breaks between long runs as the snatch weight is light so the reps will go fast. As this progresses, the turn time between snatch rounds is faster with a heavier load and shorter runs.
Pace is the key word today for the runs and the barbell.
