Today’s WOD is all about cycling the barbell under some metabolic fatigue.  For your weight, you should pick a weight you could do 25 unbroken if you are fresh even though you may not do all 25 unbroken as the rounds progress.   Understanding that leg fatigue will also be a factor, its important to really use the power generated through your hips and your strict pressing strength to drive the barbell up and overhead.  This is a pacing wod, so pick a pace that you can hold for 8-10 minutes and then empty the tank as the 12 minute cap is getting closer.
