“CINDY” = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats

This one is gonna be fun!  Don’t worry about the weight for the power cleans.  This is written as a WOD where we are looking for a weight that you could cycle 5-8 times if FRESH.  You will NOT be fresh getting to the bar so keep that in mind.  If you need to do singles, that is fine as long as they are done with very minimal breaks between.  This should not be a weight that is so heavy that you would fail any reps.

Also, keep in mind that we can/will modify this for each person as necessary.  This could include number of rounds as well as reps.  Your Coach will help you decided what is best for you.
