800 Meter Run

20 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)(135/95)

400 Meter Run

20 SDHP (95/65)(135/95)

200 Meter Run

20 Front Squat (95/65)(135/95)

100 Meter Run

From a weight standpoint, the limiting factor with today’s WOD will be the SDHP.  The weight for this movement will be more difficult than the hang power cleans or front squats.  If you aren’t going unbroken on your hang cleans then look to break this up once.  Front squats should be unbroken while the SDHPs are the barbell movement to chip away in sets.  Do the best you can to push your pace on the runs as they get shorter in distance.
