7 Snatch (95/65)(135/95)

10 Burpee Box Jumps (24”/20”)

15/12 Bike Cals and 15/12 Row Cals***

***you will alternate between rowing and bike each of your rounds

For the snatch, make sure you are picking a weight you COULD do all 7 reps unbroken if fresh.  We are not really looking for singles today.  IF you need to break the snatches up, do so AFTER cycling some reps in the set.
