For the 200 meter runs, these should be sprint efforts in which we have a 1:1 work to rest.  Try to be as consistent as you can with your time for each run for ALL of the 200 meter runs.  After the last 200, you will go immediately into the 3 rounds of deadlift and T2B.  Once complete, you will go out the door for the first of your next three 200 meter sprints.  WOD is complete when you finish you last 200 meter run.  It is important to not “game” these 200 meter runs as the time to complete them is factored into your total time for the WOD.

For your deadlift weight, pick a weight you will be able to do all rounds unbroken.  T2B may get difficult, so consider breaking into sets in the beginning.  Consider 6-5-4 or 9-6 if you’re a bit more efficient at the movement.
