Limiting factor in today’s WOD is going to be your OHS weight.  We are look for something moderate in terms of weight but something you can do 8 unbroken reps of while under fatigue.  This should also be a weight you can feel comfortable lowering on to your back from the overhead position for the back squats.  If you are concerned about shoulder stability, error on the side of going lighter.
