For today, the power clean weight needs to increase each round while the gymnastics movement gets more complicated.   There is a lot to this one, so talk to your Coach about what is best for you.  The gymnastics movement needs to end with the most complicated movement for you.  So a good scaling option is banded or jumping pull ups, banded C2B or jumping from a box to a C2B.  And then banded strict pull ups to end.

For the power cleans, the first weight should be one you can cycle all 8 reps.  For the second weight, you should look to link 4 to 5 and then fast singles.  The last weight will likely be singles.
