Hang on for this one!  Keep in mind this one is 8 rounds.  You will have a pretty good idea how this one needs to be paced after the first couple of rounds.  Best way to attack the row here is to go at a pace that will allow you to get off the rower and immediately pick up the kettlebell and start in on your swings.  You’re probably looking at about 45 seconds each round to complete as many swings as you can do.  If you need to break, do so after a big set and then shake it out a get going again.  USE YOUR HIPS for these.
