For today, we are looking at the deadlift weight to be on the heavy side for you. Ideally, its a weight you can cycle 5 times, but as the rounds go on, you might be getting into singles. There will be a lot of transitions with this, so use those as your quick rest break and go from movement to movement with intent. Pacing should be on the fast side, but don’t sacrifice form for speed.
