For today, we are looking to get from a moderate weight power clean to a heavy power clean. As you think through this, think about what you could do if you were FRESH. Your first weight would be one you could cycle 10-12+ reps. Your second weight would be 8-10 unbroken followed by 3-5 reps unbroken for your 3rd weight. Your final weight would be all singles. This doesn’t mean this is HOW you will do this WOD, but it should be how your choose your weights if you are not doing RX.
