Unlike the sprint WOD from yesterday, this is one you want to settle in to. Keeping a good, steady pace is the way to go with this one. For the hang snatch, you should pick a weight you could do 10+ unbroken if fresh. Having said that, putting the bar down isn’t as bad with one as you only have to bring it to the hang position to restart the reps so if you need to break the 10 into two sets, that’s fine. Same holds true for your chest to bar pull ups. If this is movement you struggle with, small sets with short rest breaks are the way to go. For the burpees……well….they are burpees….and suck no matter how you do them!
