This is definitely one that you need to pace! Going out hot on the bike is going to cost you as the reps of box step ups and barbell movements add up.
For the box step ups, be efficient here so you’re ready to begin each round of barbell movements. Look to recover on the first 5-10 step ups after the bike and then pick up the pace a little.
For the barbell movements, one of the three movements is going to dictate what your limiting weight is going to be for the WOD. It is meant to be a challenging weight for you. Talk to your Coach about the best plan for your weight.
