For today, we are looking to move a moderate (slightly heavy) load for the power cleans.  The weight should be something you COULD cycle for 5+ reps even though you may choose to do singles.  IF doing singles, these should be done at tempo with no long rest breaks.

The same applies to the cleans (YES SQUAT).

RX will start with pull ups and end with C2B.   RX+ & RX++ will start with C2B and end with Bar MU.
