For your C2B, if you need to use a band, use one that will make the 8 reps a little bit of a challenge each round. If you’re not using a band, its ok to struggle through these reps a little today. Challenge yourself a little with the work you are doing on the rig.
For the KB snatch, these will be a bit of a grind. Break into manageable sets from the beginning and if there is anything left, push for bigger sets at the end.
Make sure to take care of those hands BEFORE you start in on this one.
