Min 1 = (10/15) Wall Balls (20/14)(10’/9’)

Min 2 = (3/6/9) Pull Ups/Push Ups/Air Squats or 1 Round Cindy

Min 3= (10/15) T2B

Min 4= (3/6/9) Pull Ups/Push Ups/Air Squats or 1 Round Cindy

Min 5 = 15 Alt Arm DB Snatch (50/35)

Min 6 = (3/6/9) Pull Ups/Push Ups/Air Squats or 1 Round Cindy

Min 7 = 45 Double Unders **** 45 Single Unders

Min 8 = REST

For today, you CAN do RX reps AND do the RX+ number of rounds.  You and your Coach can choose what’s best for you.  Ideally, we are looking to get about 15 seconds of rest during each minute, so keep that in mind as you choose what you will do.
