This is a race to beat the 5:00 clock.  We are looking at moving the barbell in unbroken sets for the 5 reps throughout the 10 rounds.  We are not looking for singles today, so pick your weight with that in mind.  You MAY end up doing singles AFTER the 800 meter run, but we really want the focus to be on moving the barbell.  Buprees should be done at a pace where you are consistently moving, but will also allow you to get right back into the barbell work.
