For your C&J weight, you should be looking at a weight that you can cycle 6-8 reps unbroken if fresh. We are not ideally looking at singles for this WOD. Even if you do 2-3 reps as touch and go, that’s fine. For the gymnastics movement, pick the one that is the hardest based on where you are with the movement. You can even break it up to half and half if you are on the fence about what to do. Your Coach can help you decide.
