Each movement must be completed before moving on to the next.
A smooth, consistent pace on the bike is the way to go. Getting out hot on the bike is NOT a good idea for this one. Push the tempo a little on the movements you are proficient at while breaking the other movements into manageable sets that will allow you to continue to move through this. Each movement, when looked at individually, is not incredibly difficult. BUT…this combination of movements will definitely be a challenge.
