The “Bradshaw” Hero WOD was first posted on crossfit.com as the workout of the day for Sunday, October 23, 2011 (111023).
As scaling options today we will do the following:
For HSPU, we will do Hand Release Push Ups, or Inverted Push Ups w knees on box
For Deadlift, pick a weight you can do 10 rounds of 6 unbroken
For Pull Ups, we will scale to 6 jumping pull ups each round. If you have some kipping pull ups, but a total of 120 of them is beyond your threshold, we would suggest alternating rounds of 12 and 6. We would prefer if you don’t use bands today unless its totally necessary.
For Double Unders, we will do 48 singles.
