For today, we are looking at really two different WODS.  The first part is one where we are going to have to think about pace and when/where we break reps.  The power clean/push press weight should be a weight you could do 10-15 unbroken if fresh.  This is particularly important as we look to do the 2nd part of this WOD unbroken of possible.
