If you’re working on your pull ups and/or bar muscle ups, today is a good day for that.  Challenge yourself a little by going with a smaller band, or getting rid of the band (even if it’s only for a few pull ups each round), or even working some butterfly pull ups into the mix.  AMRAPs are perfect place to try these things.

For your weight on your power snatch, use a weight that you could do 6-8 unbroken if fresh even though you may be looking at fast singles as the WOD goes on.  Breaking the T2B from the start might be a good option for you if this is a movement you are working through.  Smaller sets will help get you out the door for your run.
