16 Minute EMOM

Min 1 = 15/12 Cal Row

Min 2 = 50/30 Double Unders

Min 3 = 12/8 Burpees

Min 4 = 20 Bumper Plate Lunges (45/35)

For today, we have done enough EMOMs now that you know these aren’t easy.  Today’s EMOM is all about working on conditioning of your legs and lungs!  We are looking at lower volume in terms of reps today as we want you to be recovered and fresh for Friday (hint…Friday is a 40 minute time cap).  SO make sure you are getting adequate rest breaks in each minute of the EMOM.  Ideally, we want about 20 seconds of rest so adjusted your reps accordingly.
